We have a carefully selected panel of Consultant Associates who are all experienced in their respective fields, regulated where relevant by professional bodies and fully insured. Their duty to working ethically is such that clients are offered full and specific contracts and confidentiality agreements, regardless of whether the individual or their employer is funding the services.

Andrew Paterson

Andrew has developed approaches and skills in consulting with people who aspire to and reach roles which require them to further enhance their leadership impact and contribution. This includes clients from highly technical backgrounds (e.g. medicine, financial services, IT, etc).

Leadership was the subject of his Occupational Psychology masters. He works to a sound and ever developing theoretical base which underpins his work and complements his experience.

Samantha Long

Sam offers coaching for teams, groups and individuals. She works with people and organizations in workplace settings and uses a blended coaching model which integrates her knowledge and experience of mediation and advocacy.

An accredited coach with the Institute for Leadership and Management, as well as being an ADR Group Accredited Workplace Mediator trained at The International Dispute Resolution Centre in London, Sam is an experienced advocate with a successful track record.

David Plater

David has over twenty years of experience as an independent organisational development consultant and facilitator. Whilst David is able to provide support on a wide range of strategic and business development issues (including HR strategy), as a qualified counsellor he tends to specialise in workplace issues that lie at the interface between individuals, groups and the organisation. These include performance management, which often include coaching and mentoring.

Dr Emma Sedgwick

Emma is skilled in helping people achieve their professional goals and reach their potential. Her success as a coach is rooted in the skills she developed as a doctor specialising in psychiatry and achieving an MBA from Henley Business School.

Emma is familiar with the challenges of working within highly complex organisations.

Her clients have included high achievers with leadership potential, professionals facing a change in their career and those wanting to improve their communication skills. Having been a doctor, Emma is more familiar than most, with mental health issues. She is comfortable working with people who want to build resilience and confidence.
